oreo cookies and cream cupcakes
My daughter Brittney turned 22 and graduated from college on the same day. I had a huge party for her and of course I baked all the goodies. Since I was baking for 50 people and had to set up the party pick up the food and keep it all a surprise lol I decided to make the cupcakes semi homemade! These came out amazing and noone could tell they started from a box. This was one of the three flavors I made, Oreo Cookies and Cream! YUM You can purchase the icing and the icing flavoring at your local grocery store in the baking supply aisle. The specialty sprinkles were purchased at PARTY CITY.

Ingredients
- CUPCAKES
- - 1 box betty crocker fun da middles cake mix, chocolate with vanilla filling, and ingredients on box to make cake
- - 3/4 c crushed oreo double stuff cookies
- FROSTING
- - 1 can chocolate frosting
- - duff smores flavored sprinkles
- - 12double stuff oreo cookies
How To Make oreo cookies and cream cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to temp listed on box. Line cupcake pan with liners. Make cake mix according to package directions -
Step 2Add crushed double stuff oreos to cake batter and stir to mix in.

Step 3Sspoon batter into liners and fill 1/3 of the way. Then top with the cream filling that comes with the cake mix. and then cover with remaining batter. And bake according to box. Allow to cool completely.

Step 4Frost with milk chocolate frosting

Step 5Sprinkle with duff oreo cookies and cream sprinkles

Step 6Add an oreo double stuff to the top of each
