How to Make orange suprise cake with blueberry sauce

  1. Grease and flour bundt or sheet cake pan. Prepare cake according to box directions, adding the 2 tblsp of sour cream, i poured half the batter into pan then a layer of whole blueberries, then the rest of the batter.
  2. Meanwhile, add about 1c water to small saucepan with the blueberries and sugar, bring to slow boil, mash blueberries(i used a potato masher). continue boil, add honey, stirring, add cream, about 1/4c. continue at a simmer until slightly thick.
  3. When cake is slightly cooled, using handle end of wooden spoon, poke a few holes around top of cake. Pour blueberry sauce over.
