Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 5 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract*
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1 cup orange juice
- - equal parts of sugar and cinnamon, blended
- - bundt cake pan
- - *optional: substitute 1/2 teaspoon orange extract for the vanilla extract and add orange zest

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt cake pan generously with PAM. Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon combination inside the bundt pan and move around the entire pan; be generous with this, too. If a lot remains, toss it out. This will form a sweet crust for your cake, thus no frosting needed. Mix cake mix, pudding, orange juice, oil, eggs (1 at a time), vanilla and poppy seeds. Pour into bundt cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
