Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- FROSTING
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- - chopped peanuts for garnish
How To Make orange-kissed peanut butter bundt

Step 1Prehat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour bundt pan. Set aside.

Step 2In large bowl mix together butter, peanut butter, orange juice and orange zest until well combined and creamy. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Step 3Combine four, baking soda and salt, then stir half into peanut butter mixture. Stir in half of buttermilk. Add remaining four and buttermilk, mixing until just blended. Do not overmix or cake will be tough.

Step 4Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan about 5-10 minutes, then remove cake from pan and cool completely.

Step 5For frosting: beat all ingredients together to pourable consistency. Pour over cake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
