Ingredients
- - 1 cup cinnamon graham cracker crumbs.
- - 1/2 cup brown sugar packed.
- - 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
- - 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine.
- - 1/2 cup water.
- CAKE
- - 1 18 oz box yellow cake mix.
- - 1/2 cup water
- - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- - 1/3 cup oil
- - 3 eggs
- - 2 tbs. orange zest
- - 1 can cream cheese frosting
How To Make orange crush cake

Step 1In a 2 quart bowl, combine ingredients for the crunchy layer and mix well until crumbly. Divide in half.

Step 2press half of crumbly into 2, 9 inch round cake pans.

Step 3In a 3 quart bowl use mixer at low speed to blend cake ingredients until moistened. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

Step 4Pour batter evenly over layers of crunchy mixture. Bake by instructions on box cake mix.

Step 5Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans.

Step 6Mix frosting ingredients into a small bowl. Place layer of cake, crunchy side up on a serving plate and spread with 1/4 of the frosting.

Step 7Top with the other layer also crunchy side up. Spread top and sides with rest of frosting.
