I found this recipe on Tip Hero, it came up on my Facebook Page, it looked really simple. I plan on making it very soon and when I do I'll post a picture.

medium gala, fuji or honey crisp apples

baking soda

How to Make One Bowl Apple Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2In large bowl mix, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil.
  • 3Peel and slice the apples and add to mixture in bowl (coating as you go to keep apples from turning brown).
  • 4Mix together baking soda and flour and add to ingredients in the bowl.
  • 5Mix well (best with a fork) until all of the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients.
  • 6Pour mixture into one 9x13 or two 9 inch round pans. Bake for approximately 55 minutes.
