Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cinnamon applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats old fashion
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (stone ground if possible)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 - bag of hazel nuts
- 12 large marshmallows (cut up) or about 30 little ones.
How To Make oatmeal cookiecake

Step 1Preheat oven - 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix each ingredent in well before mixing the next.

Step 3Add vanilla and stop.

Step 4Mix in seperate bowl very well; oats, flour, baking soda and hazel nuts.

Step 5Then add dry to wet, mix well.

Step 6Grease sheet cake pan lightly.

Step 7Spread oatmeal mix evenly in pan.

Step 8Bake for 25min, then remove place cut up marshmellos on top of oatmeal mix. Bake another 20min under foil.

Step 9Rest for 5min.
