I love blueberries. The result of this cake is amazingly surprising and yet so easy to make you would not believe how you can simply mix in 1-2-3 and VOILA! Try it just for the sake of it..it is too amazing to see the results.

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
How To Make not so sad blue-berry cake!!

Step 1In a bowl just dump dry cake mix, eggs and filling. Stir together until well mixed. Bake in a greased cake pan at 350 for about 30-35 minutes. Just check the doneness with a toothpick.

Step 2Note: You can pair different flavors.. You can take a chocolate cake mix and pair with a cherry pie filing. Ice with fresh whipped cream and you have a Black Forest Cake. I love a strawberry cake mix with a strawberry pie filing. I take an 8 ounces cream cheese cut in pieces and I poke the pieces randomly into the batter. Make sure the cheese is in deep.
