    mixed dried fruit
  • 2 c
    almond milk
  • 2 1/2 c
    almond meal
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 2 Tbsp
    sherry

    In a bowl, place the dried fruit and add the almond milk. Let it soak for about 24 hours in the fridge.

    Preheat oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Grease and line the base of a 9-inch spring form pan with parchment paper.

    In a bowl mix the spices and almond meal.

    Coat the fruit in almond meal

    Add the soaked fruit and mix well until fully combined.
