- 907 grams mixed dried fruit
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 tablespoons sherry
How To Make no-fuss fruit cake

Step 1In a bowl, place the dried fruit and add the almond milk. Let it soak for about 24 hours in the fridge.

Step 2Preheat oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3Grease and line the base of a 9-inch spring form pan with parchment paper.

Step 4In a bowl mix the spices and almond meal.
