No Fuss Cheese Cake Pie
2 - 8 ozphiladelphia cream cheese packages (room temp)
3 tsppure vanilla extract
1 tsplemon juice
1glass - deep dish pie plate
·butter - for pie plate
THE TOPPING - SOUR CREAM TOPPING BAKED IN
18 oz. tub sour cream - not plain yogurt because it won't set properly.
1 tspvanilla extract
·mix all three ingredients together with spoon.
How to Make No Fuss Cheese Cake Pie
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In medium to large mixing bowl - Add all ingredients - except the sour cream,1/4 c sugar and 1 additional tsp van. ext
Beat with mixer for "5" minutes until smooth.
- Pour batter in a "well buttered" glass deep dish pie plate.
Bake on bottom rack - 30 Minutes.
- Turn Off Oven - DO NOT open oven door - wait another 15 minutes for the pie filling to settle.
- After the 15 minutes - remove the pie from the oven. Turn oven back on to 350 deg.. ... Spread Sour cream topping over the top to the edges.
Bake another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven - garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Cool...then put in frig. Don't slice the pie until well chilled for a nice slicing consistency.
