I am trying to incorporate vegetables in baking, found so many nice recipes. I'v seen beets used alot, and knowing how good beets are for you, and trying to get my family to likem as much as me. Well I just had too!
These are easy, semi-homemade moist and delicious! To me they have a rasberry taste to them, that maybe next time il add some.
