Here's another one of my mom's specialty's. These are delicious! Great banana flavor, and the cream cheese frosting is soooo good. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 to 4 cups confectioners sugar
How To Make mom's frosted banana bars

Step 1Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

Step 2Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to cream mixture. Stir in mashed bananas.

Step 3Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 4PREPARE THE FROSTING Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together. Gradually beat in enough confectioners sugar for desired consistency.

Step 5Spread frosting, and cut into desired size bars. Enjoy! These are yummy!
