My Mom made this recipe 100's of times while growing up. It is so moist and good . Her secret was in the banana's. The night before she went to make this she would put 3 or more banana's in the blender and puree them. Then she would let them sit all night in the refrigerator, sometimes two nights. The banana puree would be dark and fruity smelling. She would add that to the cake batter and her cake would be perfect and moist every time !
