momma sandy's pumpkin trifle the easy way

Found this in a specialty magazine and immediately thought of my adopted Momma Sandy. This is a fantastic recipe and has all the elements of a great dessert: yummy, beautiful, and easy ! I made these in little individual mason jars but you can also make one big trifle. You can use a premade loaf of pumpkin bread, a mix or make it fresh, whatever works for you ! Love you Mom, enjoy !

Ingredients

  • 1 - 3.4 oz box of french vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 - loaf of pumpkin bread, cubed
  • - dream whip or cool whip
  • - fall sprinkles; optional

How To Make momma sandy's pumpkin trifle the easy way

  • Step 1
    In a medium mixing bowl combine pudding mix, milk, whipping cream and sour cream. Beat with mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Step 2
    Too assemble spoon pudding mixture into individual clear serving dishes; top with cubed pumpkin bread. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Step 3
    Add sprinkles on top right before serving and enjoy ! This is a fun and easy dish ladies, use your imagination and enjoy !
