Found this in a specialty magazine and immediately thought of my adopted Momma Sandy. This is a fantastic recipe and has all the elements of a great dessert: yummy, beautiful, and easy ! I made these in little individual mason jars but you can also make one big trifle. You can use a premade loaf of pumpkin bread, a mix or make it fresh, whatever works for you ! Love you Mom, enjoy !

3.4 oz box of french vanilla instant pudding
1 c
whole milk
1 c
heavy whipping cream
1/2 c
sour cream

loaf of pumpkin bread, cubed
dream whip or cool whip
fall sprinkles; optional

How to Make Momma Sandy's Pumpkin Trifle the Easy Way

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium mixing bowl combine pudding mix, milk, whipping cream and sour cream. Beat with mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • 2Too assemble spoon pudding mixture into individual clear serving dishes; top with cubed pumpkin bread. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 3Add sprinkles on top right before serving and enjoy ! This is a fun and easy dish ladies, use your imagination and enjoy !
