8 ozchocolate

1/4 ccorn syrup, light

How to Make Modeling Chocolate
- Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave and stir till smooth
- warm corn syrup in microwave till slightly warm
- stir corn syrup into chocolate and mix well....the chocolate will thicken up and turn into a dough
- knead it a little then put it in some plastic wrap and let set for several hours or overnight
- Work chocolate with hands to soften...warm hands will soften the dough and cold hands will not.
