8 oz
chocolate
1/4 c
corn syrup, light
plastic wrap

How to Make Modeling Chocolate

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave and stir till smooth
  • 2warm corn syrup in microwave till slightly warm
  • 3stir corn syrup into chocolate and mix well....the chocolate will thicken up and turn into a dough
  • 4knead it a little then put it in some plastic wrap and let set for several hours or overnight
  • 5Work chocolate with hands to soften...warm hands will soften the dough and cold hands will not.
