How to Make Modeling Chocolate


  1. Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave and stir till smooth
  2. warm corn syrup in microwave till slightly warm
  3. stir corn syrup into chocolate and mix well....the chocolate will thicken up and turn into a dough
  4. knead it a little then put it in some plastic wrap and let set for several hours or overnight
  5. Work chocolate with hands to soften...warm hands will soften the dough and cold hands will not.
