I can't really take credit for this recipe b/c it's well known. However I don't see one on JAP so I thought I'd add one

Ingredients
- 8 ounces chocolate
- 1/4 cup corn syrup, light
- - plastic wrap
How To Make modeling chocolate

Step 1Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave and stir till smooth

Step 2warm corn syrup in microwave till slightly warm

Step 3stir corn syrup into chocolate and mix well....the chocolate will thicken up and turn into a dough
-
Step 4knead it a little then put it in some plastic wrap and let set for several hours or overnight

Step 5Work chocolate with hands to soften...warm hands will soften the dough and cold hands will not.
