Ingredients

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • ·
    oil, eggs and coffee to replace water as instructed on cake mix
  • 1 c
    oreo pieces
  • 2 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1 can(s)
    chocolate frosting
  • 1/4 c
    oreo pieces

How to Make Mochacino Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, using cooled coffee instead of water. Fold in 1 cup oreo pieces. Bake as directed on cake mix box. Cool completely.
  2. Place frosting in microwave safe container until and heat for approximately 1 minute or until warm. Add instant coffee and blend until dissolved.

    Spread on cooled cake and top with ¼ cup oreo pieces.
