Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
- oil, eggs and coffee to replace water as instructed on cake mix
1 cup oreo pieces
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
1 can chocolate frosting
1/4 cup oreo pieces

How To Make mochacino cake

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, using cooled coffee instead of water. Fold in 1 cup oreo pieces. Bake as directed on cake mix box. Cool completely.

Step 2

Place frosting in microwave safe container until and heat for approximately 1 minute or until warm. Add instant coffee and blend until dissolved. Spread on cooled cake and top with ¼ cup oreo pieces.
