Have you ever wanted just one piece of dessert but not wanted to bake a whole cake? This recipe makes one serving at a time, yet you'll always have dessert on hand. Make a delicious treat in 1 1/2 minutes!!

Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix
1 box your favorite flavor cake mix
1 - gallon zip lock type bag

How To Make minute cake/single serving cake

Step 1

Empty Angel Food into Zip-lock bag. Empty your favorite cake mix into bag with Angel Food. Zip up and shake until mixed.

Step 2

When you want a dessert, put 3 tablespoons of the mix into a small cup (I used Corning Ware custard cups); add 2 tablespoons water; stir. (DO NOT spray with oil or anything!)
Step 3

Microwave 1 minute.
Step 4

Use a knife and run around the edge and pop it out on a plate.
Step 5

Top with whipped cream, fruit, icing, anything you want! Similar to a sponge cake! Great for kids to make!
