- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - egg
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped raisins
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

Step 2Beat eggs with sugar, one at a time. Mix in oil.

Step 3Mix dry ingredients. Mix into egg mixture. Add raisins and carrots. Pour into prepared pan.
