Reduced fat without frosting and fun. As a square cake it fell in the middle but had great tast.

1 box strawberry cake mix
3 - eggs
2 cups melted rainbow or other sherbet

How To Make melted sherbet cupcakes

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a large bowl.pre heat oven to 350 and put liners in cupcake tins.

Step 2

Beat at low speed to mix, then at high speed for 2 minutes.
Step 3

Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full and bake for 15 minutes till they sprinf back up when touched lightly.
