This is the most moist chocolate cake that you will ever taste. There is not so many calories in a serving. As you can see there are no eggs, oil because the mayonnaise takes the place of these items. Trust me, I know its sounds gross (I had the same reaction) but it is truly yummy.

- 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
