This is the most moist chocolate cake that you will ever taste. There is not so many calories in a serving.

As you can see there are no eggs, oil because the mayonnaise takes the place of these items.

Trust me, I know its sounds gross (I had the same reaction) but it is truly yummy.

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp
    hershey's cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Mayonnaise Cake


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl and introduce the dry to wet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
