Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 large egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1/3 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make marshmallow icing

Step 1Boil sugar and water until rapid boil and sugar is dissolved; add slowly to egg whites. While still warm, add cream of tarter and vanilla; beat until bowl is cool. Yield enough for 1 cake.
