Margie's Gooey Butter Cake
8 oz. softened, cream cheese
1Put into a large mixing bowl, the cake mix, sofftened butter and the 1 beaten egg. Mix by hand and pat into the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan.
2Beat with a mixer: the 2 eggs, 8 oz. cream cheese and the 1 lb. of powdered sugar, mix well. Add the chopped pecans and pour over the cake mixture.
3Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Mmmmm, moist and gooey butter cake.
