mango cheesecake
hubby and i both lov mango's as well as cheesecake .... so i made this.....EASY EASY EASY to make and to eat......

Ingredients
- 1 package [8 oz] light cream cheese,room temp
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 package [16 0z] frozen whipped topping,thawed
- 1 - pre cooked 9 in pie shell
- 4 large fresh mango's pealed,seeded, and cubed
- 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
How To Make mango cheesecake

Step 1divide mango in 1/2 put 1/2 in bottom of baked pie crust set aside

Step 2mix room temp cream cheese,sour cream,whipped toppin,and vanilla in med size bowl add milk and puddin stir well ... add to pie shell pouring over mango's

Step 3add the rest of the mango's to top of cheesecake

Step 4put in fridge a few hrs then slice and ENJOY!!!!
