hubby and i both lov mango's as well as cheesecake .... so i made this.....EASY EASY EASY to make and to eat......

Ingredients For mango cheesecake

  • 1 pkg
    [8 oz] light cream cheese,room temp
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 pkg
    [16 0z] frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 1
    pre cooked 9 in pie shell
  • 4 lg
    fresh mango's pealed,seeded, and cubed
  • 1 box
    sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make mango cheesecake

  • 1
    divide mango in 1/2 put 1/2 in bottom of baked pie crust set aside
  • 2
    mix room temp cream cheese,sour cream,whipped toppin,and vanilla in med size bowl add milk and puddin stir well ... add to pie shell pouring over mango's

    add the rest of the mango's to top of cheesecake

    put in fridge a few hrs then slice and ENJOY!!!!
