hubby and i both lov mango's as well as cheesecake .... so i made this.....EASY EASY EASY to make and to eat......

Ingredients

  • 1 package [8 oz] light cream cheese,room temp
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 package [16 0z] frozen whipped topping,thawed
  • 1 - pre cooked 9 in pie shell
  • 4 large fresh mango's pealed,seeded, and cubed
  • 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk

How To Make mango cheesecake

  • Step 1
    divide mango in 1/2 put 1/2 in bottom of baked pie crust set aside
  • Step 2
    mix room temp cream cheese,sour cream,whipped toppin,and vanilla in med size bowl add milk and puddin stir well ... add to pie shell pouring over mango's
  • Step 3
    add the rest of the mango's to top of cheesecake
  • Step 4
    put in fridge a few hrs then slice and ENJOY!!!!
