    4-serving size pkg sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/4 c
    fat-free sour cream
  • 2 c
    cubed angel food cake
  • 1/2 c
    sliced strawberries
  • 1 c
    fresh blackberrries
  • 2 tsp
    lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Low-cal summery berry lemon trifles

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl, prepare pudding mix w/ milk until thickened. Stir in sour cream, lemon peel and lemon juice.
  2. Spoon some pudding into 4 decorative glasses. Top w/ half of the angel food cubes. Top w/ half the berries. Top w/ remaining cake cubes, spoon w/ remaining pudding. Top w/ remaining berries. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr.
