- 1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1(8oz) package cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup grits or polenta
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups blackberries
How To Make light blackberry cheescake

Step 1Mix cheese and sugar.Add eggs, one at the time, and then add vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix flour,grits and baking powder.Add dry ingredients to the cheese mixture.Add the buttermilk.

Step 2Pour dough to 8 inch pan.Arrange the blackberries on top of the dough and push them gently into the dough.

Step 3Bake 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.Enjoy.
