  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 4 large
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Lemon Pudding Cakes!


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg yolks, lemon juice and butter together until thick.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt together.
  4. Add flour mixture alternately with the milk and cream to egg mixture.
  5. Beat egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff then fold into batter.
  6. Pour mixture into 5 buttered ramekins.
  7. Fill a pan with hot water about 1/2 inch high and place in oven.
  8. Add ramekins to pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar, whipped cream and/or raspberry sauce before serving. Enjoy!
