Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
How To Make lemon pudding cakes!

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Beat egg yolks, lemon juice and butter together until thick.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt together.

Step 4Add flour mixture alternately with the milk and cream to egg mixture.

Step 5Beat egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff then fold into batter.

Step 6Pour mixture into 5 buttered ramekins.

Step 7Fill a pan with hot water about 1/2 inch high and place in oven.

Step 8Add ramekins to pan and bake for about 45 minutes.

Step 9Dust with powdered sugar, whipped cream and/or raspberry sauce before serving. Enjoy!
