My friend Donna gave me this recipe, This is my husbands Favorite Lemon cake. It is a Wonderful Lemon cake ... you gotta LOVE Lemon and we do !

Ingredients For lemon - lemon cake

1 small boxlemon jello

1 chot water

1 boxlemon cake mix

5eggs

3/4 ccorn oil

1/4 cjuice of 2 lemons (maybe a little more juice,1/4 not quite enough - 1/2 too much)

1 cxxx sugar
How To Make lemon - lemon cake

1Preheat oven to 375

2dissolve jello in HOT water and let cool ...

3Mix lemon cake mix with eggs and oil ... beat on medium speed for 2 mins ... fold Jello mixture into cake and bake as directed on pkg. Make frosting ... combine Lemon juice and powdered sugar

4Remove from oven poke holes all over cake with a long tined fork ... Pour frosting all over cake while while still warm. Cool and enjoy!~
