Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
How To Make lemon delight pound cake

Step 1heat oven to 325, grease and flour 12 cup tube pan.

Step 2in a large bowl blend all the ingredients at low speed until moistened. beat at med. speed for 3 minutes. pour batter into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.or until done.

Step 3while cake is still hot out of the oven add the glaze.

Step 4glaze: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup lemon juice. in a small bowl blend until smooth. pour 1/2 the glaze over hot cake in the pan, let stand for 10 minutes. then invert cake onto serving plate and spoon remainging glaze over cake.
