lemon delicacy
This recipe comes from one of my old Church Cookbook. I love lemon anything and this sounds absolutely divine. It sounds very simple to. I hope you enjoy this one.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nancy Patrykus was kind enough to share a picture with us.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 large eggs, separated, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large lemon, grated rind, and juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large egg whites, stiffly beaten
How To Make lemon delicacy

Step 1Sift together sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in beaten egg yolks. Beat in milk, lemon rind and juice, butter. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased 8-9 inch pie plate. Set pie plate in pan of hot water ( about halfway up sides of pie plate) and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve Cold.
