- 1 small lemon jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 package yellow or white cake mix
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract
- 3/4 cup wesson oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 tablespoons real lemon

Step 1Dissolve jello in water in large bowl. Let cool, add cake mix. Add extract, oil and eggs. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min. While hot, prick holes with fork in top, and pour with mixture of sugar and lemon.
