kiana's cupcakes
This is a recipe I found on Pinterest and tweaked. I like the way we did it better. Hope you enjoy, my granddaughter and I had a blast making them. The kids ate them like there was nobody's business.

Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2/3 cup plain vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 - eggs
- - filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces plain vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- - icing
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup seedless strawberry jam (only really good one)
How To Make kiana's cupcakes

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together for the cupcakes. Pour batter 2/3 full on cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 23-25 min. til done. Remove and let cool. -
Step 2For the filling mix all ingredients together. Scoop out the center of each cupcake. Fill with filling.

Step 3For icing. Mix all ingredients together. I personally don't like the flavor of adding the strawberry jam so I just add a couple of drops of red food coloring for effect. If you use the jam make sure it has fabulous taste to it. When ingredients are mixed ice each cupcake and then enjoy.
