This is a recipe I found on Pinterest and tweaked. I like the way we did it better. Hope you enjoy, my granddaughter and I had a blast making them. The kids ate them like there was nobody's business.

How to Make Kiana's Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the cupcakes. Pour batter 2/3 full on cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 23-25 min. til done. Remove and let cool.
  2. For the filling mix all ingredients together. Scoop out the center of each cupcake. Fill with filling.
  3. For icing. Mix all ingredients together. I personally don't like the flavor of adding the strawberry jam so I just add a couple of drops of red food coloring for effect. If you use the jam make sure it has fabulous taste to it. When ingredients are mixed ice each cupcake and then enjoy.
