Ingredients

  • c
    butter
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3
    ripe medium size bananas
  • 1/2cup
    brown sugar
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 ttsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Crater Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. cream butter and white sugar, add eggs and beat til smooth add vanilla and mashed bananas until combined beat about 2 minutes
  2. sift together flour, baking powder. baking soda add to banana mixture alternately with the sour cream end with dry..mix together cinnamon.brown sugar and chocolate chips together.
  3. pour half the batter into pan ,,sprinkle half the cinnamon mix add remaining batter and sprinkle the other half cinnamon mix on top.....Bake in350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes and test withtoothpick if dry cake is done.
