Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers, crushed
- 1 pound red cherries, candied
- 1 pound dates, chopped
- 1 pound pecans, in pieces
- 1 pound bag coconut, shredded
- 1 bag marshmallows, mini
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 sticks butter
How To Make icebox fruit cake

Step 1Grind crackers very fine, like flour. You may use a food processor or blender.

Step 2Chop cherries, dates and pecans very fine; mix into crackers.

Step 3In saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter.

Step 4Pour condensed milk into cracker mixture and add marshmallow mix.

Step 5Stir together until blended well. Use your hands if needed.

Step 6Put into loaf pans lined with wax paper.

Step 7Refrigerate over night. -Makes 2 cakes.
