  • 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Whisk the margarine and 3/4 cup honey together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
  • Step 2
In a medium jar, combine the rolled oats, 2 tablespoons honey margarine,1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup whole milk; stir well with a fork for 30 seconds until blended.
  • Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

  • Step 6
Pour the honey margarine oat mixture into the cake batter. Beat again on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into the cake pans.
  • Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
  • Step 8
Heat 2 tablespoons honey margarine in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add remaining rolled oats, apple pie spice and 1 tablespoon brown sugar; cook for 5 minutes or until the oats are caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 9
In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, half and half, remaining brown sugar, remaining whole milk and remaining honey margarine; whisk well for 4 minutes or until smooth.
  • Step 10
