1/3 cup yellow or spice cake mix
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 - egg white
TOPPING MIX:
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon finely chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make honey bun coffee cake in a mug

Step 1

For best results spray microwavable mug(mug should be able to hold 1 and a half cups) with nonstick spray

Step 2

Add cake mix to the mug.
Step 3

Add vegetable oil,water and egg white and stir well.
Step 4

Mix the topping ingredients together.
Step 5

Sprinkle the topping mix on the batter in the mug.
Step 6

Microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool one minute in mug.Tip out,slice in half and serve immediately.
