How to Make HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
1Preheat oven to 350. From the cupcake list of ingredients in a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
2Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add the boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour 2/3 full into greased cupcake pans or muffin cups. Bake 22-24 minutes. Cool.
3For the Frosting:
Melt the butter and stir in cocoa. Add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
