I was wanting something chocolatey tonight ... and I had heard that you can make Brownies by using an can of beans in your cabinet.I noticed recipes online for Black Bean Brownies.. I decided to try them myself. This is a quick and easy version. You can make in a SnAp.you not tell that the beans are even in them.. Kids even like them. I took them to the Gym with me and everyone liked them. Healthy is the key word.

brownie mix your choice
1 can(s)
of black beans ( i used hanovers)

NO EGGS OR OIL NEEDED

How to Make Healthy Black Bean Brownies in a Snap

Step-by-Step

  • 1pour box of brownie mix in a bowl. Open can of black beans into a strainer to rinse beans. Put beans back in can and fill with water.
  • 2Pour black beans and water into a blender and puree pour puree into brownie mix ..blend together.Pour mixture into a 8x8 or 9x13 pan. Bake as per directions on box. add nuts or sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

    These brownies will be dense and will not rise. they have a texture like a Lil Debbie Brownie.
