Guiltless chocolate cupcakes

Came across this recipe some time ago, it makes the moistest chocolate cup cakes you will ever eat without guilt. If I had to choose one word for them I'd pick fudgy. Best thing is they have no added fat and no one will ever know!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    chocolate cake mix, any type will do
  • 15 oz can
    pumpkin

How To Make

    Combine cake mix and pumpkin thoroughly
  • 2
    Fill cupcake bake pan lined with foil liners 2/3rd of the way full. They release better from the foil. Its been a while since I made these, think it made 18 :)

    Bake for 15-20min at 350 degrees

    Cool as you would any other cupcake

    I like to sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar over them to keep them on the low fat side but you could frost with your favorite frosting too :)
