guiltless chocolate cupcakes

Came across this recipe some time ago, it makes the moistest chocolate cup cakes you will ever eat without guilt. If I had to choose one word for them I'd pick fudgy. Best thing is they have no added fat and no one will ever know!!

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix, any type will do
- 15 oz cans pumpkin
How To Make guiltless chocolate cupcakes

Step 1Combine cake mix and pumpkin thoroughly

Step 2Fill cupcake bake pan lined with foil liners 2/3rd of the way full. They release better from the foil. Its been a while since I made these, think it made 18 :)

Step 3Bake for 15-20min at 350 degrees

Step 4Cool as you would any other cupcake

Step 5I like to sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar over them to keep them on the low fat side but you could frost with your favorite frosting too :)
