How to Make Grandma's Easy Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Brownies- Mix together, bake at 350 for 30 mins (in normal cake pan) It's done if a toothpick comes out clean. Otherwise bake another 5 mins.
  2. Frosting- Put the Sugar, Milk, and Butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute.
Remove from stove and vigorously stire (I use an electric mixer) in 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips until melted and frosting is thick and shiny.
