This recipe came from my grandmother. She died when I was a teenager and I am happy a cousin gave me this to remember her by. I only have good memories of her and helping her in the kitchen, so this is extra special.

Ingredients
- 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 5 - egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup heavy sweet cream (borden's eagle brand sweetened condensed)
- 5 - egg whites, stiffly beaten
- CRUST
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
How To Make grandma mcginniss' cheese cake

Step 1Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into a springform pan.

Step 2Mix first five ingredients. Mix in heavy sweet cream. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Step 3Run knife around edge as soon as you take pan out of the oven. Open pan 1/2 hour later.
