blueberries, washed & drained well
How to Make GRAMPA'S BLUBERRY POUND CAKE
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease & flour a 10-inch tube pan.
Gentle fold blueberries in 1/4 cup of flour & set aside.
Use mixer to cream butter & sugar; add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg is added. Add vanilla & beat until fluffy.
3Sift remaining flour with baking powder & salt; fold into cake batter until well blended.
4Gently stir in berries.
Pour in prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done with a cake tester.
5Place on a rack & cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
