graham-streusel coffee cake
I just bought a Tex*Mex cookbook at the bookstore. This was in that book and I made it. It was a wonderful recipe. Just wanted to share.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup choppd pecans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 - eggs
How To Make graham-streusel coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 2Prepare 9x13 inch pan by spraying or greasing.

Step 3In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Set aside.

Step 4In another bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on medium speed for 3 minutes.

Step 5Pour half of cake batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of crumb mixture. Pour remaining cake batter evenly over crumb mixture. Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over top of cake batter.

Step 6Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Step 7For a Glaze: Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons water or a little more until desired consistency. Drizzle over cake while still hot.

Step 8Serves 8 to 10
