Gooey Butter Bars
How to Make Gooey Butter Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 pan.
- In medium bowl, combine yellow cake mix,2 eggs and butter. Mix until blended. Spread mixture in bottom of pan.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 more eggs. With hand mixer, mix until smooth. Spread over cake mixture.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Edges will be brown. The middle will set, but will still be wobbly. Let cool on counter for 30 minutes. Then put in refrigerator for 2 hours up to 2 days. Slice and enjoy.
