i change up the recipe so that you can use a Gluten Free Flour Blend.
. In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs and yogurt, beat on high for a few minutes.

Combine the liquid and dry ingredients, add rhubarb and nuts. This will be a thick batter, moisture will come from the rhubarb as the cake cooks

Cook for 1 hour
or
until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

To make the glaze mix powdered sugar, Cinnamon Spice Blend and water until smooth.
When cakes starts to cool pour glaze over the top.
