I found this in the family cookbook. I love brownies and this takes it to a whole other level:)

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix
1 bag mini marshmallows
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/8 cup water
3 - squares of chocolate, unsweetened
4 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups powder sugar
- chopped nuts, optional

How To Make gilly whoppers

Step 1

Prepare brownies according to package directions adding nuts if desired.

Step 2

Place mini marshmallows over the hot brownies being careful to keep them from touching sides of pan. Return to oven for a few minutes just to soften marshmallows.
Step 3

Topping: Bring water, brown sugar, and chocolate to a slow boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly and pour over marshmallows.
Step 4

Allow to cool in the pan and cut into squares. Enjoy!
