Ingredients For german apple cake

  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    apples, chopped ( i use granny smith)
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make german apple cake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350*. grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. In Large bowl,combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat well.

    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350* for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

    Frosting: 1 8 oz cream cheese 2 teas. butter 2 cups powdered sugar In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, beat until smooth. Spread over cake and enjoy. Keep leftovers in frig. xoxoxo
