Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups apples, chopped ( i use granny smith)
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make german apple cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. In Large bowl,combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat well.

Step 2Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake at 350* for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Step 4Frosting: 1 8 oz cream cheese 2 teas. butter 2 cups powdered sugar In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, beat until smooth. Spread over cake and enjoy. Keep leftovers in frig. xoxoxo
