4 capples, chopped ( i use granny smith)

3/4 cpecans, chopped
How To Make german apple cake

1Preheat oven to 350*. grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. In Large bowl,combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat well.

2Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.

3Bake at 350* for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

4Frosting: 1 8 oz cream cheese 2 teas. butter 2 cups powdered sugar In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, beat until smooth. Spread over cake and enjoy. Keep leftovers in frig. xoxoxo
