I love this recipe. It is great on my mom's Salad Dresssing (Miracle Whip) Chocolate Cake. It is especially good if you keep the cake in the refridgerator and eat it cold.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    baking cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • COMBINE ABOVE INGREIDENTS IN A SAUCE PAN AND BRING TO A BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD:

  • 2 to 3 c
    powdered sugar (add enough to get the right consistency for spreading
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts - optional

How to Make Fudge Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well and pour on cake while the frosting is still warm enough to spread.
