Fruit Cocktail Cake

Cheryl Thomason

I have made this cake since I was a teenager (in the 70's. I use to fix this for the soldier's at the Army base where we lived. Some of them liked it so well, that they would take up a collection of funds to buy the ingredients or just buy the ingredients for me to cook for their friends and family. :)
note: We like the cake because you can slice it and eat it on the go or serve it as a breakfast bread.Enjoy!
