This cake is always requested at the dessert table at Church dinners! It is a fruit cake that actually gets eaten!

Sorry for the yellow-ish tint to the picture, the yellow plate is reflecting it onto the white whipped cream!

Ingredients

1 package white cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 can fruit cocktail, in syrup
3 - eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark is okay)

How To Make fruit cocktail cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)
Step 3

Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool. Serve topped with whipped cream.
