How to Make Frozen Mocha Cake
- Slice pound cake horizontally into 3 layers. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and extend the wrap over edges..
- Place one layer of cake into pan. Drizzle 2 Tbsp of chocolate syrup and 2 Tbsp strong coffee over cake. Spread 2 scoops of ice cream evenly over cake.
- Repeat the same with the two other layers. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
- When ready to serve use plastic wrap liner to lift cake out of pan. Remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and hot fudge sauce.
